We offer the following options for our exhibitors:
Silver Sponsor’s Package: cost: £500
- Advertisement on the Congress website under the Sponsors section, with a direct link to a website.
- Advertisement included in the 2009 Congress Proceedings, which will include: your company’s logo, contact - details, and company profile (up to 100 words).
- Acknowledgement in the Congress programme booklet.
- Registration: Silver Sponsor delegates will be eligible for the discounted member rate to attend the technical sessions at Metamaterials 2009.
Gold Sponsor’s Package: cost: £1000 (8 available)
- Sponsor’s logo and link to the company’s website on the homepage of the Congress website.
-Sponsor’s logo on banners placed at the Congress entrance/registration desk, school workshops and evening receptions.
-Promotional item (a 2-page A4 brochure and/or electronic media supplied by the sponsor) will be included in the conference bags.
-Your company will be mentioned as a sponsor in all press releases.
-Registration: Gold Sponsor delegates will be eligible for the discounted member rate to attend the technical sessions at Metamaterials 2009.
Platinum Sponsor’s Package: cost: £2000 (4 available)
- Conference dinner sponsorship with an announced acknowledgement before the dinner.
- Welcome reception sponsorship with an announced acknowledgement.
- Sponsor’s logo on banners placed in catering and poster areas.
- PowerPoint slide with sponsor’s logo and chosen information to be presented on a loop on projection screens in all of the lecture theatres before and between sessions (breaks).
- Contribution for best paper/poster awards for students and researchers
(recipients will be selected on a competitive basis). Sponsors have the option of presenting the award.
- Registration: Platinum Sponsor delegates will be eligible for the discounted member rate to attend the technical sessions at Metamaterials 2009.
For Sponsors we offer, also, the following special items:
- Organise Own Workshop (cost: available upon request) –We can arrange for your organisation to offer specialist workshops (4 available) devoted to company products that you would like to present. Please contact us for further details.
- Conference Dinner (cost: £2500) –Elevated publicity at gala dinner with opportunity for giveaways or branded tableware (sponsor to provide gifts and tableware).
- Complimentary reserved table and dinner for 10 guests.
- Opportunity to have a short introductory speaker at dinner (maximum 5 minutes).
- Welcome Reception (cost: £2000) –Increased profile at the Welcome Reception with opportunity for giveaways or branded tableware (sponsor to provide gifts and tableware).
